I thought I was done, writing about Pagosa’s impending Walmart.
I’d researched and written article after article; I’d said everything I wanted to say. Besides, a group called Pagosa First had formed and were planning to organize a public information campaign, starting with a free showing of the 2006 Robert Greenwald film, WalMart: The High Cost of Low Prices, at 7pm tonight — Thursday, February 2 — at the Liberty Theater.
If you don’t know much about Walmart other than they have lower prices than City Market, you may want to see this movie. In fact, I implore you to do so.
